THREE THINGS I DID THAT CHANGED MY LIFE

Over the years I have been living my life without a proper definition of what I really want, where I’m going to, and what my targets are, though I was making undefined progress, this made life look so complicated. But things changed immediately I adopted these three strategies, I achieved more, I became happier, richer, and more successful.

I Set Goals And Write Them Down:

The day I sat down to set/write my goals, that was the day I discovered that I was just living without a clear vision. In our present time, where there is so much distraction, setting goals is very important. these are the four(4) ways I set my goals:

The 4 basic steps in goal setting

  1. Identify your goals.
Ask yourself what do I want in life (business, relationship, skills, etc). Choose goals that are meaningful, measurable, and those that you can impact.
  2. Identify specific achievement steps and obstacles for each goal.
Write all achievements, actions, and obstacles associated with your goal, along with a step-by-step action plan for accomplishing your goals and overcoming all the obstacles.
  3. Make the goal measurable.
Breakdown big your goals into smaller pieces and identify the key performance indicators you will use to track the progress of your goal.
  4. Create a tracking system to monitor the success of each goal.
Have a system in place for tracking each goal before you move into action these include measures, dates, and times to finish each step.

I Read Every Day:

There is a popular saying that readers are leaders, do you know that it’s true. When you read, you exercise your comprehension abilities and your analytical abilities, reading fires up your imagination and stimulates the memory centers of your mind, it opens your mind to new ideas, as well as stabilizes your emotions. The importance of reading habit is that it strengthens mental muscles. Read for at least one hour every day. read valuable books.

I Take Note Every Day:

Effective note-taking skills can help boost your ability to process information and help you track vital/important tasks and deadlines with accuracy. Maybe you have a really great memory, but you can’t rely on your memory power all the time. Note-taking is very important in the business world, corporate environment, and your personal day-to-day life.

According to Nicole Liem Yang, note-taking isn’t just about recording information. Effective note-taking is “thinking on paper.” Proper note-taking skills can be useful for processing information and ideas, which is key to understanding and remembering it.

Take note always, this helps you track your progress and also guides you when making a decision.

I hope this helps you too. do not just read, start doing. Remain blessed.
